When you have selected and customised your audience, your audience will appear in your Basket. However the platform needs to process your audience before it can generate additional details such as size and price.
1. Audience Size
Your audience will be either small, medium, or large as indicated by the icons below:
Occasionally, you may find that your audience is too small. To safeguard the privacy of the devices we analyse, the smallest audience size that you can purchase is 200 devices. An audience that is below that size will be rejected by our system.
If your audience is rejected, there are simple ways that you can increase its size. The two main ways are by selecting a larger area, or by increasing the time period that we saw devices in.

You can add as many audiences as you like to your basket. Simply repeat the selection and customisation process with a different insight card.
After you’ve finished adding audiences to your basket you can proceed to the checkout page to complete your transaction.
2. Reviewing your basket
Take a moment to review your basket to make sure you’re happy with choices. If you decide that you no longer wish to buy one of your audiences, you can simply remove them from your basket.
3. Adding / changing card details
Your credit card details will appear here. If you have added more than one card, your default credit card will show. If you wish to change your default card, you can do so from the My Settings screen.
4. 30 day access
Once created, your audiences will be active for 30 days. After this point you can choose to renew your audience if you wish. We recommend that you buy a different audience to target new people.
Now that you’ve created your audience, it’s time to reach them online with a digital campaign.
