1. My settings
You can customise your Olvin's account on this page, from changing your details to choose the theme that you prefer to use to navigate through the platform.
1. 1 How can I change my theme?
By default, your account will have a 'dark theme' but you can change it by clicking on the theme that works for you, 'dark' or 'light', after you have change the colour don't forget to press the 'Save changes' button.
1.2 How can I change my account details?
Also, on this screen you can change your first and last name, your email address and your password. It’s an easy and quick process which includes only retyping and saving changes.
2. Venue Settings
To access this page, you need to go to Settings, by pressing the button on the left on the Olvin's platform, and at the new page you will have to click on 'Venues'. Here, you will be able to control the information about the venue that you manage.
The first screen of Venues Settings is listing all the venues that you manage. You can sort them A to Z based on the name, city, country. Also, if you have a lot of venues and you want to find specific one, you have a search bar on the right side where you can search between all of your venues.
On the right side beneath search bar, you have the litter icon to remove a venue from your venue listing.
To make changes about a venue, just press it on the name of the venue in your list.
2.1 Venue name
If you have gone through a rebranding, you want to try something new or any other reason for venue name change, you will have to contact us to make any changes.
You can check and verify if your venue address is correct. If you want to change or update the address, you will have to contact us to make any changes.
2.3 Phone number
You can check and see if your venue phone number is correct. If you want to change or update phone number, you can do it here just by retyping.

Here you can decide the category of your venue (e.g. pub, bar, etc.). You can select from a preset list of categories, they are as follows:
In this part, you can change or add amenities that your venue offer like pool tafel. You can just type your amenities and press return or enter key or choose from suggested amenities.
On this section, you can add everything that your venue sells as beverages like the kind of beer: lager, pale or cider beer and so on. Add the products and press return or enter key or choose from suggested products.
Update or change your opening hours and opening days. You can check or uncheck every day of the week, choose from opening time and closing time by pressing on little arrow icon near the hour. Also, you can add another time by pressing on the button .
This is useful if you have a break between two opening times or you are working in morning and evening.
3. Area Settings
On areas settings screen you can see all your selected areas and sort them by name A to Z. Furthermore, if you selected a lot of areas, you can search them through search bar on the right side off the screen. If you want to add a new area to your account, you have the button “Add Area” at the top of the right side of the screen.
4. Order Settings
You have full control of your historical orders. Access to your settings and press Orders to have a list of your previous, expired and currently active audiences.
If you select on one of your orders, you will see a detailed summary that shows you the amount that you spend on your audience, the filters selected and billing information.
5. Company Settings
5.1 Company name
If you need to change the name of your company just go to settings and press the 'Company' tab at the top of the screen. Make the necessary changes and don't forget to 'Save your changes' before you leave this page.
5.2 Billing information
On the same page, you can add, change or delete your payment details. Remember that if you have more than one card linked to your account, you will have to choose which one is going to be your primary card.
5.3 Social media accounts
Here you can see the Ad accounts that you have connected to the Olvin's platform. If you want to make any change, press the '+Update Ad Account' and do the necessary changes.
