On the platform, you can find “Areas” category on the menu which is on the left side of the screen as a second option with a golf flag icon.
They are geographical spaces, regions from different parts of the world that are processed through our system to show you options to choose at the registration screen. They can be bigger or smaller on a macro scale (e.g. the whole UK or just London).
As in 'Homepage' section, you have the option to choose between your selected areas at the top of the screen and select time period.
You will find 8 different insights in this section:
🏆 Busiest Venue
What is it? The data is showing the busiest venue in terms of visits in a selected time period.
Who is the audience? If we are talking about audiences this will show you everyone who has been seen in the busiest venue in the area. If you want to buy this specific segment you can add it and it will appear in your shopping basket.
E.g. I want to target people who have been seen in Drinks & Co. seen in the Crown during July.
📅 Busiest Day
What is it? Data is showing the busiest day in terms of visits in a selected time period.
Who is the audience? You will be able to target all people seen in your selected area on that date (the busiest of the week).
E.g. I want to target people who have been seen in London during July on a Tuesday.
⏰ Busiest Time
What is it? The data displayed will show you the busiest time period average across your selected area during the selected calendar period.
Who is the audience? This audience is everyone seen in any of your selected area during that time period at any date in your calendar period.
E.g. target people seen in London during July on any day between 9 pm and 10 pm.
🔥 Footfall Tracker
What is it? The map shows you the number of visits, which are presented in temperature colours ( green means quiet and red busy), in a selected area and a specific time period.
You can zoom in or zoom out on the map to get a closer look at the busiest area and a series of pinpoints will appear. By clicking one of the pinpoints, you get a short summary of that specific venue, including visitors over this period.
Who is the audience? The audience is everyone that has been seen in that area during the calendar period. You can target everyone that has been seen in a specific venue by pressing the pinpoint of the venue and pressing '+Buy audience'.
E.g. I want to target people based in a busy area.
🔝 Venue Ranking by Number of Visitors
What is it? This card will display the Top venues by performance in terms of the increase in the number of visits in a selected area and in a selected time period.
Who is the audience? You can target an audience based on if the have been seen in one of the busiest venues of an specific area.
E.g. Target people seen in the venues listed on the page or specified venue during July.
👥 Visitor Types
What is it? This shows you the breakdown of visitors to this area, depending on how frequently they have been seen on an specific area.
Who is the audience? You can buy three different kind of audiences based on the loyalty type.
- New visitors: People that haven't been seen in the area before.
- Regular visitors: People that have visit the area once a week or more.
- Repeat visitors: People that have visited the area before, but do not visit as frequently as a regular visitor.
E.g. Reach people seen in the venue that have visit the area once a week or more during June.
📊 Targetable Visitors to this Area
What is it? Here you will find a graph that shows you the different type of visits that you can target if you buy that audience.
Who is the audience? Either every single person, all new people, or all regular people seen in the area during the calendar period.
- Total Visitors - Everyone who has been seen in a set area in a set time period.
- New Visitors - Everyone who was seen for the first time in a set area in a set time period. e.g. target people seen in London during July that were new in the area
- Regular Visitors - Everyone who was seen in the set area more than once. e.g. target people seen in London during July that are regulars to the area.
E.g. Reach people seen in the area that have visit the area once a week or more during May.
What is it? This is card displaying the breakdown of nationalities that . Here you will have access to the top 5 nationalities in terms of percentage share in the total number of visits.
On the left hand of the card, you also have an interactive map to found out which nationality are present in your selected area in your selected time period.
Who is the audience? If you want to use this audience you will be targeting everyone who has been seen in the set area in a set time period who has a specified nationality.
E.g. I want to target Spanish people who have been seen in London in July.
